Where exactly is the apartment?

No. 8 is in Tigné, at the tip of the Sliema peninsula in Malta. It is about 5 minutes' walk from the sea and 3 minutes from The Point shopping mall. The exact address is sent after booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Check-in is self check-in with a key safe. Ask about early arrival or late check-out; we help when the calendar allows.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 4 guests: two in the double bedroom and two on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Is there air conditioning and heating?

Yes. The air conditioning heats and cools and has a dehumidifier setting, so the apartment is comfortable all year.

What is the Malta eco-contribution?

Malta charges an environmental contribution of €1.50 per adult (18+) per night, capped at €22.50 per person per stay. It is a government charge and is shown separately from the price of your stay.

Is the apartment really eco-friendly?

Yes. Rooftop solar panels generate the apartment's electricity and solar water heaters provide the hot water.

Can I drink the tap water?

Malta's tap water is safe but not recommended for drinking, mainly for taste. We leave a bottle of drinking water in the fridge for your arrival.

Does the apartment have outdoor space?

Yes, two private terraces. The front terrace has sea views, a dining table for four and a barbecue. The back terrace has views towards Valletta and two sun loungers.

Is there Wi-Fi and a washing machine?

Yes, fast Wi-Fi throughout and a washing machine beside the kitchen sink.

How do I get to the apartment from Malta Airport?

A taxi or Bolt/Uber takes roughly 20–35 minutes depending on traffic. The X2 express bus also runs from the airport towards Sliema.

Is it the same apartment as on Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. Booking here reserves the same apartment, with availability synced across all channels so there are no double bookings. You deal directly with Dee, your host.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in, the same moderate policy as on Airbnb. The full terms are shown before you pay.

Is parking available?

Street parking in Sliema is limited, so most guests use taxis, buses and ferries.
